IWOC members are eligible for a special Public Liability insurance for Colour Therapy practitioners at a special basic rate of approximately £90.00 per annum.  (basic rate for 2010) 

The insurance policy includes public liability of up to two million pounds and has treatment  risks as standard. You can also add on other complementary health therapies that you practise without extra cost.

Arbitration Service for students and clients

IWOC is pleased to offer an arbitration service to resolve any disputes or complaints against our members.

Student or client complaints that cannot be satisfactorily reconciled by the practitioner or training centre can be sent to The International Wheel of Colour where the IWOC Master Practitioner panel will be happy to act as arbitrators with the intention of resolving the matter in a fair and unbiased manner.

This service is free to all members provided that they have adequate Practitioners insurance. It is also free to students and member's clients who may have a complaint.

Submissions for arbitration must be signed by both student and school or client and practitioner to the effect that each party is willing to abide by or act on the recommendations given by IWOC.
